| I like the convenience of IAC being in Oakhurst, and I like the staff and results of the work, but the time frame during which I have to leave the car is really long. Do you really need the car all day long just to do an oil change? If you find something else wrong with the car while doing repairs, I'd prefer to have it addressed that day along with the other repairs, instead of having to bring it back another day, which is really inconvient. That said, IAC is good about calling to update me when they find a (new) problem so they can do the work asap but sometimes even if they catch it early they may need it overnight or require me to come back another day. If I did not work at home I would not be able to do this. Re: value I was surprised that the last repair I paid 6 times the amount in labor then I did for the parts. Seems excessive. |

| Great neighborhood shop. A little more full-service oriented, which is good but definitely takes a little longer as a result. When trying to expedite my oil change, i was reminded twice that this isn't a "quick lube" shop. Overall good experience, but only a couple missing touches that could have made it a 5 star. |

| Friendly and very accommodating. Although, it took a couple of visits, Brian worked hard to find the source of the problem. I wasn't charged for the initial diagnosis. The cost was comparable with the market. |
