| Brian always takes time to hear concerns about my car and make options available that are affordable and reasonable. Then the work is done quickly and I've never had to go back for something not done right. Also, he was very helpful to an out of town visitor who needed quick repairs one morning, and the result was a quick fix, not an expensive repair. Other places often come up with something to fix even when unwarranted, I have never had that kind of rip off at ITA. Highly recommend it! |

| I brought my car in for an oil change. You told me I needed a new water pump, I said ok eventhough my car had not been overheating or showing any signs of needing a new water pump I deferred to your knowledge. Since then my power steering has been making awful noise and needing constant fluid. Perhaps I needed work on my power steering and not a new water pump. I would have brought my car in but I work from 6am till 5 and haven't been able to drop it off. I will try to work something out with work and possibly drop it off after work next week. Thanks |
